STMH-K and it’s stakeholders identified the strategic issues to be addressed in  2023-2027 Strategic Plan period which are described as goals below:

  1. Client expectations enhanced and actualized (Client Experience)

  2. Motivated, qualified and experienced workforce attracted and retained (Staff welfare)

  3. Adequate cash flow to finance operations and development mobilized (Hospital sustainability)

The strategic objectives, resources needed to achieve the goals and the implementation matrix is well defined in this Strategic plan document 

The Launch of this strategic plan was in October 2022 in a colorful celebration graced by all our stakeholders.
